  • Financial Data: Payment transaction references (we do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by our payment processors).
  • Files & Documents: Documents, images, and other files you upload through the Files Module are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and are accessible only to authorised users within your organisation.
  • Referral & Coin Data: Participation details in the Premium Rewards Program, including referral codes generated, redemption history, and current coin balance.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, login times, and page views collected via cookies and logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
  • To understand and analyze how you use our Service.
  • To develop new products, services, features, and functionality.

  • Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, including:
    • Google Cloud (Firebase & Cloud Storage) — database, authentication, and file storage.
    • Razorpay (RBI-authorised payment aggregator) — processes online subscription payments. Razorpay has its own Privacy Policy governing data it collects during payment.
    • Google BigQuery — analytics and audit log processing.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
