By accessing or using the SumMint website and software services provided by Oyucon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, User shall not access or use the Service.
SumMint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Premium Coins & Rewards:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Billing: Fees for our Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
Online Payments: When you choose online payment, transactions are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. By initiating an online payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. SumMint does not store your card or bank credentials. All amounts are inclusive of applicable GST.
Manual Payments: UPI manual payments are subject to admin verification. Your subscription will be activated only after approval. The exact amount stated on the plan must be paid; any mismatch will result in rejection.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Notice of price changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Paid plans include access to the Files Module, which allows you to upload, store, and share documents within your organisation. By uploading content you confirm that:
Each plan includes a storage allowance (200 MB for Professional, 500 MB for Business, 2 GB for Enterprise). Exceeding your plan limit may result in restricted upload access until you upgrade or free up space. Files are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and are accessible only to verified users within your organisation.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oyucon and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Oyucon.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
In no event shall Oyucon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Oyucon and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
