Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 22, 2025

1. General Refund Policy

SumMint operates on a strict non-refundable basis for all subscription services once activated. We encourage all users to utilize the available 3-Day Free Trial (where applicable) to evaluate our services before making a purchase. Once a payment is made and a plan is active, no refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or lack of usage.

2. Premium Coins & Virtual Currency

Premium Coins are promotional units with no cash equivalent.

  • No Refunds: Plans redeemed using Premium Coins are not eligible for refunds (cash or coin reversal).
  • Forfeiture: Coins used for a plan that is later cancelled or upgraded are forfeited.
  • Expiration: Unused coins do not expire as long as the account remains active, but they have no surrender value upon account termination.

3. Incorrect Manual UPI Payments & Penalties

It is the user's sole responsibility to transfer the EXACT amount corresponding to the selected plan.

In the event that a user transfers an incorrect amount (either higher or lower than the plan price):

  • The subscription activation may be rejected or delayed.
  • If a refund is processed for the incorrect transaction, a Cancellation/Processing Fee of 3% plus 18% GST on the transaction amount will be deducted.
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-14 business days.

4. Plan Upgrades & Forfeiture

Subscriptions are billed in advance. If you choose to upgrade your plan before your current subscription term expires:

  • The remaining unused days of your current plan will be IMMEDIATELY FORFEITED.
  • No pro-rata refunds, credits, or carry-forward days will be applied.
  • The new plan's validity and quota limits begin immediately upon successful payment.

5. Service Termination & Cancellations

You may cancel your annual or monthly renewal at any time by contacting support. However, cancellations take effect only at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Oyucon reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund if there is any violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent activity, abuse of system).

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiating without prior communication with our support team will be considered a breach of terms. We reserve the right to suspend the account and use all available evidence (logs, usage history) to contest the chargeback.
